Sherri Shepherd's Surrogate Gives Birth To Baby, Says She Can't Be Resposible For The Child

Sherri Shepherd’s surrogate gave birth to a baby boy in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.

The former talk show host is reportedly seeking not to be responsible for the child because she claims her now estranged husband Lamar Sally defrauded her when she signed the surrogate documents.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Sally is seeking sole physical and legal custody of the newborn.
According to TMZ, Shepherd believes Sally intended from the beginning on divorcing her and asking for child support.

Sally was present during the child’s birth. Shepherd was not.
Shepherd has a 9-year-old son, Jeffrey, from her previous marriage.

A Thai surrogate mother has broken down in tears while speaking about how the baby she was paid to carry was abandoned by an Australian couple who refused to take him home once they found out he had Down syndrome.


Pattharamon Janbua has told of her pain for the child, saying she loved the baby boy, now six months old, like he was her own.
There are now fears baby Gammy may not survive after he taken to hospital on Friday when he contracted a lung infection as it emerged his mother had received more than $50,000 in donations from all over the world to care for the boy.


The 21-year-old mother - who lives 90km south of Bangkok - had been paid a total of about $16,000 by the couple to give birth to the baby but when she gave birth to twins - a boy and a girl - they only took the girl back to Australia.

Lorena Mckinnon is the 32 year old daughter of a 58 year old woman Julia Navarro.
  Mckinnon and her husband, Micah Mckinnon have been trying to conceive for 3 years.
Since then, Mckinnon from Provo, Utah, said she has had about a dozen miscarriages, with the longest pregnancy lasting 10 weeks.
After several tries, Mckinnon and her husband, Micah Mckinnon, started looking for a surrogate. A friend and sister both considered but later decided against it.
That was when Navarro decided to help carry her daughter's baby.
