According to TMZ, Halle Berry filed court documents this week asking a judge to reduce her monthly child support order from $16k a month down to $3k a month.

Sherri Shepherd's Surrogate Gives Birth To Baby, Says She Can't Be Resposible For The Child

Sherri Shepherd’s surrogate gave birth to a baby boy in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.

The former talk show host is reportedly seeking not to be responsible for the child because she claims her now estranged husband Lamar Sally defrauded her when she signed the surrogate documents.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Sally is seeking sole physical and legal custody of the newborn.
According to TMZ, Shepherd believes Sally intended from the beginning on divorcing her and asking for child support.

Sally was present during the child’s birth. Shepherd was not.
Shepherd has a 9-year-old son, Jeffrey, from her previous marriage.

A man who donated sperm to a lesbian couple in response to an online ad has been declared to be the father of the girl born to the couple and so must pay child support.
 In the ruling Shawnee county District  court Judge Mary Mattivi wrote that because a licensed physician was not involved in the artificial insemination process, William Marotta is more than a sperm donor and thus responsible for the child.
