CHIBOK KIDNAP CONSIRACY: TOP STAFFERS MOVED THEIR WIVES AND DAUGHTERS 24 HOURS BEFORE THE ATTACK - PARENTS

It is almost five months since over 200 school girls were abducted from their school dormitories in Government Secondary School Chibok, Borno State, by the dreaded Islamic sect Boko Haram. Five months of waiting for the parents of the abducted girls, five months of so many unanswered questions. According to this report by Leadership, the parents are beginning to form theories of their own. Leadership reports

Parents of the abducted Chibok schoolgirls are alleging grand conspiracy in the abduction of their daughters by the Boko Haram terrorists, even as they accused some top staff members of the school of having a prior knowledge of the kidnap.

According to one of the parents of the girls, Bulama Jonah, some top staffers of Government Secondary School, Chibok, from where the girls were abducted, had moved their wives and daughters out of the school premises less than 24 hours before the terrorists visited Chibok on the night of April 14.

“We still believe that there was an internal collaboration in the abduction of our daughters by the Boko Haram gunmen, because we have correct information that some of the teachers, who are very senior in the school, managed to move their own daughters and family out of the school premises before the attack”, said Jonah.

“That is why we are insisting that government must provide our daughters and we would not take it lightly if they don’t produce our girls for us. The girls were in their custody, because school premises belong to government; and we believe they were aware of the attack but failed to provide security for them”, he said.

The aggrieved father said he smelled more conspiracy when the federal government only had to respond to their plights months after the girls were kidnapped.

“The government can not pretend to us that they were not aware of the attack on Chibok that led to the abduction of our daughters”, he alleged. “That was why the federal government would only have to respond to our plight months after it had became an international issue,” he concluded.
