Police in Oklahoma arrested a man on charges of driving without a license only to find in his possession marijuana wrapped around his testicles.

Grady County Police said that they initially arrested Eddie Hill, for driving without a valid driver's license.

Sisters Caught Smuggling Marijuana For Their Brother In Cell

 Two sisters, Shade Oyetobi,24, and Atinuke Adebanwo,32, were arrested on Wednesday by officers of the Nigerian Prison Services while attempting to smuggle 11 wraps of marijuana into the Ikeja Lagos State High Court holding cell for awaiting trial inmates.

The sisters, who said they are orphans, brought in the substance for their brother, Babatunde Oyetobi, who is an awaiting trial inmate, arrested during a street fight about two years ago.

The two sisters, who were handcuffed, said they had contributed money to hire a lawyer for their brother, adding that they had been coming to court regularly to stand by him since his trial started.

Wizkid Arrested And Handcuff In Kenya For Smoking Weed

Wizkid, Nigerian award winning singer, was arrested in Kenya for smoking weed at a non smoking hotel.
He was in Nairobi to shoot a video and performs in some shows in Kenya but things went ugly for him as he was caught smoking weed in a non-smoking hotel.

The hotel manager questioned him when he was about checking out, but Wizkid felt he had aright to whatever he wanted as long as his hotel bill was paid.
 A serious  argument followed and the hotel security had to call in the police.

A Nigerian drug smuggler died in a Spanish airport after several bags of  cocaine burst in his stomach.
The unidentified man collapsed in the customs area of the Madrid-Barajas airport and upon hearing that the man was from Nigeria, staff were too afraid to approach  and left him in shivers on the airport floor.

 Spain's El Mundo newspaper reports that the man, who had landed on a flight from Istanbul on October 18, died 90 minutes later from a massive drugs overdose, It added:

 A five-year-old boy  tested positive to Cocaine after he was found with a bag of the class A drug in his parents' car. Police found the youngster in Ventura County, California, while investigating his dad Marco Cuevas over alleged cocaine deals and knew something was wrong with him.

His father, Cuevas, 31 was later found with several ounces of cocaine on him, with another half-pound found in the car, while is mom Sandy, 29 looked on. $10,000 was also found on his father, which is believed to be suspected drug proceeds. The couple were both arrested on the spot.

The Treasurer of Nigeria Weightlifting Coaches Association Andrew Ekanem, claims young Amalaha was stripped of her gold medal after failing a drug test because of consistently drinking Zobo .

16 year old Nigerian weightlifter Chika Amalaha has been stripped of her Commonwealth Games gold medal after failing her drugs test. She won the 53-kilogram division last week making her the youngest ever female to win a weightlifting title at a Commonwealth Games but unfortunately a few days later, she tested positive for diuretics and masking agents.

Felix Okafor, a 53-year-old U.S-based Nigerian man, who migrated to the U.S in 1981, has been sentenced to 263 years in prison for drugs and weapons distribution/sales and money laundering.

According to a report by Punch,  Okafor purchased a convenience store in Benson, North Carolina, called “Flying Eagles Groceries,” which he ran himself. However, it was discovered that the store was just a cover-up for his illegal activities.

Residents became suspicious of Okafor over time, because he didn’t seem to care about his supposed business.

19 -year-old Congolese, who could not handle weed died on March 11th after plunging from a motel balcony in Colorado.

According to Denver Mmedical examiner, 19 year old exchange student from Republic of Congo, Levi Thamba Pongi (pictured above) jumped to his death after eating a marijuana cookie that his friend legally purchased in one of Colorado's recreational pot shops, marking the first time since recreational marijuana was legalized in the state that eating pot was listed as a “contributing factor” is someone’s death.

NDLEA ARRESTS POPULAR COMEDIAN FOR DRUG INGESTION

A popular Ghanaian comedian, Musah Iddrisu, and a Congolese, Inana Cedrick, have been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, for ingesting drug.
Iddrisu and Cedrick were arrested during the inward and outward screening of Ethiopian airline passengers respectively at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu.
NDLEA Commander at the airport, Mr. Udoh Nsikak-Abasi, said, “Iddrisu was found to have ingested 450 grammes of cocaine. He was on his way to Thailand. Cedrick was caught with 1.500 kilogrammes of heroin which he tried importing into the country.

Nigerian Student Sentenced To Death In Malaysia For Drug Trafficking

A 28 year old Nigerian student, Prince Bartholowmew Obitube, has been sentenced to death by a high court in Malaysia for trafficking drugs. The Shah Alam High Court yesterday Feb 26th gave the death penalty to Obitube after he was found guilty of trafficking cannabis, also known as marijuana.

The accused, a student with a private college in Kuala Lumpur, was arrested with 9,189kg of cannabis at Desa Satu Apartment, Gombak on Aug 20, 2011. According to the facts of the case, Obitube was caught by police from the Gombak Narcotic Crime Investigation Department, following a tip off, within the apartment area after he tried to run away with a backpack containing the drugs.

The offense, under the Dangerous Drugs Act in the country, provides a mandatory death sentence upon conviction.

40-Year-Old Man Ingests 63 Wraps Of Cocaine

A 40-year-old man, Amobi Okoye, has been arrested by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for allegedly ingesting substances that tested positive to cocaine.

A statement by the NDLEA Head of Public Affairs, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, said Okoye was arrested at the departure hall of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, while trying to board an Italian flight.

NDLEA Airport Commander, Mr. Hamza Umar, said the ingested substances, detected with the aid of a scanning machine, amounted to 63 wraps, weighing 1.030 kilogramme.

Marijuana Is Not More Dangerous Than Alcohol - Obama

With a majority of Americans now in favor marijuana legalization, President Barack Obama is now saying weed is no more dangerous to individuals' health than alcohol.

In an interview with the New Yorker's David Remnick published Sunday, Obama said while he believes marijuana is "not very healthy," the drug isn't as harmful as some insist.

“As has been well documented, I smoked pot as a kid, and I view it as a bad habit and a vice, not very different from the cigarettes that I smoked as a young person up through a big chunk of my adult life. I don’t think it is more dangerous than alcohol," Obama told Remnick.
