Hmmm... this is serious! What could he have done to anger his father to that extent. Could be something to do with religion, did you read the last paragraph where he says: "Above all, he should not participate or interfere in my burial in accordance with Christian rites."
Abi the guy wanted to use his old man for ritual things?
