Femi Kuti losses out again at the Grammy Awards. He was nominated in the 'World Music' category for his album 'No Place For My Dream'.
He lost to French group Gipsy Kings and South African choral group Ladysmith Black Mambazo in a tie. This is the fourth time Femi Kuti will be losing out at the Grammys.
The winner of the category and some others was announced at a Pre-telecast yesterday evening 26 January 2014.
Femi Kuti, the Afrobeat king, also lost out in 2003, 2010 and 2011, Femi Kuti did not attend the Grammy Awards.
