A father has decided to do away with the stress of of naming his own daughter by leaving that decision to the internet community.
Stephen Mclaughlin put this decision in the hands of strangers when he opened the site NameMyDaughter .com, allowing anyone and everyone to submit their own suggestions.
Of the over 39,000 votes that have been cast, some very bizarre names have featured.
Very prominent on the list are names like Laquisha, Megsatron, and Slagathor, which have made it to the top 10, fortunately a very normal name, Amelia, tops the list by a good distance.
As for the middle name, it is not very clear with the very odd name "All-Spark"
in second position, Mea tops it though with Rose, Renee and Marie well in the running.
This seemingly brave guy though has wisely given himself an out. the webpage's description reads reads: "Hi my name is Stephen and much to the disbelief of my wife, I have decided to let the internet name * my daughter
"Yeah that is an asterisk, Unfortunately Internet I know better than to trust you.
We will ultimately be making the final decision, Alas my daughter shall not be named WackyTaco692.
"Sorry guys the wife wouldn't go for a free for all"
The baby girl is due on April 2 son you still have a while yet to add your vote
