As reported by Sahara Reporters, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) represented a bowl of rice as one the registered voters during the recently concluded gubernatorial election in Anambra State.
The bowl of rice was registered as a 37 year old male voter in Umuerodili township in Anambra State.
