An angry father, Kevin Jones, scolded his 10-year-old daughter on Facebook this morning for lying about her age, dating boys, and having social media accounts.
In addition to embarrassing her on social media, he is making his daughter wear a t-shirt with the inscription, “I am 10 years old” on the front, and “5th Grader” inscribed on the back.
Jones’ Facebook post and the photo of his daughter wearing the shirt have since gone viral:
The post reads:
Since my beautiful daughter Janiya wants to be grown & lie about her age. Saying she is 14,15,16, & 18 years old. She claims to be in love and going out with a boyfriend, which is completely against my rules!!! I uncovered that she has been doing this for quite some time. She also has snuck and obtained social media accounts, also against my rules!!! Here are the consequences for her actions. An age defining tshirt. Yes people she is 5’9 & 10 years old. #BuddiesBarrettesBallBalls
Case of if a child says the parents will not sleep, she should be ready to stay awake too!!..... The hair do tells the whole story already. Guys do you think he came down too heavy on her?
