In what could be considered the dumbest selfie ever a credit card thief posed for the camera holding the stolen good, now the police in Florida after her.
Not all criminals are smart, as evidenced by a thief who posed proudly with a stolen credit card she used at a beauty store.A suspicious clerk at Looking Good Beauty Supply store in Ocala Florida took the photo when the customer couldn't provide ID, as requested on the back of the card.
Now cops are asking for the public's help in trying to identify the woman who went on a nearly $500 shopping spree
According to police, the card was stolen last month from a 74-year-old woman while she was shopping at Walmart.
That woman contacted authorities on Sunday after noticing the strange charges.
The 21-year-old beauty store clerk says the woman tried used it to make two purchased totaling over $430 dollars.
Even though the back of the card said 'See ID', the woman said she didn't have a government ID and instead flashed a different picture with her name on it.
According to the police report, the clerk 'still did not feel comfortable with the transaction so he requested to take a photo of the subject with the card.
