HOW TO EAT BIG ON A TIGHT BUDGET
1. Decide the amount you want to spend out of what your husband gave you, take that exact amount to the market (be careful not to scatter peoples wares in the market oo)
2. Decide what you want to eat? ( chicken, fresh fish etc) I have chosen chicken, the same principle applies to other categories.
3. Decide the drink to go with it. (wine, juice)
INGREDIENTS
The first thing you should buy is the seasoning, because in this preparation it is what matters most. You
will need heavy seasoning.
Go to the people selling chicken, not far from them you will find people dressing the chicken for those
who don’t have time to do it themselves, or are too scared to kill the chicken themselves, get friendly
with them, you will need them later.
Go and buy an empty bottle of wine, wash it very well then go to the zobo shop, and ask them to fill the
bottle, pay .
Go and buy the rest of your ingredient, tomatoes, pepper etc
Go back to the chicken dressers, you are now their friend, tell them you want to use the, chicken legs ,
wings, heads and other disposable parts to feed your dog, they will be happy to sell to you at give away
price.
PREPARATION
Wash your pot very well, we don’t want any left over smell to spoil this one. Wash your chicken parts,
season very well and cook to taste. Add oil to your cooking pot and add your grounded pepper and
tomatoes, bring to boil and In no time the whole house, compound and neighbourhood will be filled with the sweet, mouth watering aroma of your chicken soap.
Buy a little quantity of ogogoro and add to your zobo and your wine is ready
Prepare your table serve your wine, make sure your door is locked ooo!
Your neighbour is only permitted to perceive the aroma, not to see o!!!
Chicken is chicken, the same protein in the legs, head, and even the intestine you will find in the
laps!!
