A man, Mr. Difference Ogba has just been jailed for bathing his onetime lover, Ms. Paulina Imuere with acid on the 28th of August 2010.

Ms. Paulina Imuere met her lover some months after separating from her husband over irreconcilable differences. According to her, she relocated to Delta State when her husband took custody of their three children and met Ogba few months later.

Her church members later informed her that Ogba was married with  four kids, and after investigating, she found out it was true and told him they can't continue with the relationship, but Ogba refused. He was fond of always coming to her compound to make noise and cause quarrel with her, so she had to relocate.

Man Kills Rich Lover In Lagos, Absconds With Property

A businesswoman, identified as Lizzy, has been found dead at her apartment on the Odusanya Oduguwa Crescent, Green Estate, Amuwo Odofin Area of Lagos State. The incident happened on Saturday morning.

Your frequent support for women must have earned you a whole lot of female attention. You got married recently, what is hard picking a wife?
The process of meeting the right woman was quite tiring and sometimes painful. But when I got past the process, I made my choice quickly. I looked at a number of things before picking a wife – from the external and internal qualities, to the woman who can follow me on my journey. I can even say the process took up to eight years, but when I was through with the process, the decision was instant.

You got Married to the lady who EXPOSED what could be described as the rot in a popular Abuja church. When she made the revelation of her regret over the affair with the popular pastor, how did the people around you react when you picked her as your wife?

Amazingly, the people around us were supportive and understanding. It was some outsiders who were not privy to a whole lot of stuff that were making some kind of remarks. But the truth is, we were just friends when she told me about what happened. I was pained and hurt because here was a man who I held in high esteem. I only told her to do what she had to do because she felt like she was enslaved by something she didn’t have control over. And when she tried to reach out for disclosure that would have led to her healing, she was treated badly by some people who sent the message that some person is untouchable. I can tell you that she reached out not once or twice.

In the end, she did what she did for her peace of mind and to encourage others who are in a similar situation. She opened up not because she is the boldest person; she knew that she was taking a big risk. But she opened up because she is someone who has a conscience and will not stand for something wrong. Her making that bold move endeared her to me. When she came out with the truth, I believed her, having heard the same story two or three times from other women. When she spoke out, she was attacked. But I believe that with her simple act of speaking the truth, she not only liberated herself but also other women in a similar situation.

Now that you are married, what are your hopes and dreams?

Some people describe marriage as settling down. But I don’t agree with that assertion because an individual ought to be settled before getting into marriage. For me, getting married is starting the journey to the fulfillment of what God created me for. My purpose is to promote love, hope and faith among the people around me. There is a whole lot of abuse going on in relationships with the women at the receiving end.

And it is not supposed to be so. This is why we all have to spread the message of love until we heal relationships. So, the hope I have for my union with a woman I love so much, a woman who is a sweet companion to me is that we will reach out to men and women promoting the right values for a good marriage. I cannot change everybody but I am going to spark up the thought that marriage should be enjoyed and it should be the vehicle to the fulfillment of life’s purpose.

Man Commits Suicide Because His Fiancee Dumped Him (PICTURED)

Tragedy struck at the Onikolobo area of Abeokuta, Ogun State on Saturday when a 33-year-old man, Oluwatosin Otaiku, stabbed himself to death after his fiancee, Olaogun Oluwatoyin, discontinued the relationship.

Otaiku killed himself after his woman told him she was no longer interested in the relationship. After the girlfriend made a U-turn, the deceased was said to have become worried, and this made neighbours, who were aware of the development, to intervene. Efforts were made to reconcile them.

    On one of such occasions, an eyewitness said the duo was invited to discuss in privacy inside a shop at Safari junction in Onikolobo. Otaiku was said to have hid a knife in his pocket, prepared to end it all if there was no truce...





According to Punch, Olaogun stood her ground and maintained that she could not continue with the affair. On hearing this unfavourable verdict, the deceased reportedly brought out the knife from his pocket which made Olaogun to run out of the shop, thinking she was the target.

Olaogun was said to have immediately alerted neighbours who rushed into the shop and met the deceased stabbing himself. He was said to have been rushed to the Mercy Hospital in the Panseke area of Abeokuta.

From there, he was referred to the Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, also in Abeokuta, but he died on the way to the hospital. The case was said to have been reported at the Adigbe Police Division and policemen were sent to the scene for investigation.

While they took the remains of Otaiku to the Ijaye General Hospital mortuary, three other people were whisked away in a Hilux Van marked, NPF 7092 C.

Man Attempts To Assasinate Wife For Not Giving Birth To A Male Child

Mrs. Monica Nwakpuke, a middle-aged woman, barely escaped the cold hands of death when her husband, Paul, allegedly hired assassins to set her ablaze for giving birth to only female children for him.

The culprit, Paul, a patent medicine dealer, who hails from Ebonyi State, was alleged to have hired assassins to kill his wife because she could not give him a male child. The assassins were said to have trailed the woman to her father's house where she was taking refuge over the lingering case of the male child issue, with the purported plan by her husband to eliminating her.

Girlfriend Deceives Man Into Believing She Was Expecting Quintuplets

A Canadian man who thought he would soon be the father of five babies instead received a devastating surprise.

The Toronto Sun reports that Paul Servat was expecting his girlfriend to deliver quintuplets. Her stomach swelled, she began lactating and donations from neighbors and friends of the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu couple poured in.

But on Wednesday, Servat was taken aside by a nurse who told him there was no record of any pregnancy and that his partner was not carrying any children.
