Sir Elton John To Marry Boyfriend David Furnish in Intimate Ceremony

Just two days after it became legal to convert civil partnerships into marriages and nine years after they first exchanged vows for their civil partnership, Sir Elton John and David Furnish are getting married in a “small and intimate” ceremony at their home on the 21st of December.

According to Daily Mirror, the music megastar, 67, and his partner, 52, have invited 50 friends and family to their home to witness them tie the knot on December 21.

100 Men Kiss One Another At Burger King In Protest Against A Security Guard Who Ordered Gay Couple To Leave Restaurant (PHOTO)

A Burger King restaurant in Madrid, Spain was the venue of a kiss-in  protest  by about 100 men after a security guard of the restaurant ordered a gay couple to leave the restaurant.

The men stormed the restaurant men after an LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transsexual) rights group filed a complaint against the security guard.

The security guard had allegedly ordered the couple to leave after a married man and father of three children complained about them kissing in front of his kids.

South Africa’s First Gay-Friendly Mosque Mysteriously Gutted By Fire

 South Africa’s first gay-friendly mosque called the “Open Mosque” which had sparked quite a bit of controversy last month when it was opened was damaged by fire on  Friday night.

You will recall that authorities in Cape Town, where the mosque is located, were planning on shutting down the  facility, over allegations that the building violated some city planning regulations.

The mosque was damaged by a fire yesterday night,  Vanguard reports.
There were no casualties or injuries, and no arrests have been made.

Founder of the Mosque, Taj Hargey, expressed that he believed the incident was a deliberate arsonist attack. He alleged that footage from closed circuit cameras revealed some unidentified people who visited the facility two hours before the incident.

Police authorities are currently investigating the matter.
The mosque, which allows women to lead prayers, allows Christian worshipers, and welcomes gay people, opened  in Cape Town last month despite opposition and threats of violence.

Gay Love Ends In Murder In Lagos Hotel Room

In what could be described as a new twist to the 20-year-old convenant university student murder that was reported two days ago, the prime suspect Micheal Okorocha has allegedly confessed to killing Okere Chinedu in anger because Chinedu refused to have s3x with him, contrary to the initial, kidnap and murder story Read it here


According to the report by PM News in connection with the incident, the police at State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Yaba, arrested one Michael Okorocha, 24, and the manager of the hotel located at Oke Afa area of the state. The suspect is accused of killing the 20-year old man identified as Okere Chinedu John.

Nollywood actor Augustine Okoye has cried out to homoséxuals in the country to please leave him alone and that he is not interested in their affair. In a statement released online, the actor explained that he only played a gay role in a Nollywood movie just to prove a point that he could act any role, but since then he has been having sleepless nights as gay guys have been disturbing his life.

    “For the fact that I recently played a role in a gay movie does not make me one. I am straight, I took the role because I want to prove to directors and producers that I can take any role and give my best in it . Please, gays should stop harassing me, I am not a gay,” Okoye begged.

Uganda Court Annuls Anti-homosexuality Law

Uganda's Constitutional Court has annulled tough anti-gay legislation signed into law in February.
It ruled that the bill was passed by MPs in December without the requisite quorum and was therefore illegal.

Homosexual acts were already illegal, but the new law allowed for life imprisonment for "aggravated homosexuality" and banned the "promotion of homosexuality".
Several donors have cut aid to Uganda since the law was adopted.

'Null and void'

Uganda is a deeply conservative society where many people oppose gay rights and the sentence for homosexual acts has always been life imprisonment.
Earlier drafts of the anti-homosexuality act made it a crime not to report gay people - which would have made it impossible to live as openly gay - but this clause was removed.

Man Murders 3 Gay Men After Sex To Stop Them From Spreading 'Evil'

A  28-year-old father-of-two, Muhammed Ejaz, a Pakistani paramedic, was arrested last week and confessed to three brutal murders, saying he wanted to stop them from committing further evil and to spread a message that homosexuality is bad. , though police insist he had sex with his victims first.
He met all three men online.

In an interview with AFP from his prison cell  Ejaz said..

    'My way was wrong.
