Even as the tragedy of the synagogue building collapse still looms over the church renowned Prophet and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet T. B. Joshua, says he is at peace with himself even in the midst of the storm.

 Prophet T.B. Joshua  explained the secret of his calm demeanour even in the face of the calamitous events that have recently shrouded his controversial ministry.

Speaking to the congregation at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) on Sunday 26th October 2014 in a service broadcast live on Emmanuel TV, the cleric referred to the tragic building collapse last month that left over 100 dead, stating that God would reward people according to their actions and reactions.

LAGOS—Against the backdrop of reactions that have continued to trail the recent collapse of the six-storey guest house attached to the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, Ikotun Egbe, Lagos, the founder, Prophet T.B. Joshua, has again fired at several commentators, describing their alleged negative commentaries as an act of destroying Nigeria’s image before the international community.

In another two minutes and 44 seconds video clip sermon titled “A cloud that covers Nigeria has closed my mouth,” posted weekend, on the church’s Facebook page, T.B. Joshua Ministries, Joshua who was said to have just returned from Colombia decried that since the September 12 tragic incident which claimed over 116 lives, Nigerians have continued to soil the country’s image through bad press.

Man Tried To Commit Suicide Inside Synagogue Church To Prove T.B Joshua Is A True Prophet

 

The spokesman of Emmanuel TV, the media outfit of the Synagogue Church of all Nations, Ken Emeakayi, revealed on Channels TV's Sunrise Daily programme on September 29th that a young man had attempted to commit suicide during service on Sunday September 28th.

Speaking on the the misrepresentation of the church building collapse tragedy, Emeakayi said the man suddenly tried to jump down from the gallery of the church which would have immediately killed him upon landing. Asked why he'd tried to jump, the young man supposedly said he wanted to show that he believed prophet T.B Joshua. Emeakayi argued that if the man had succeeded in the suicide attempt, the story would have been reported differently.

We Were Never Served Contravention Notice ––Synagogue

The Synagogue Church of All Nations has refuted newspaper reports that it ignored contravention notice served on it by the Lagos State Building Control Agency ( LSBCA) over the collapse of one of the church’ s guest houses.

According to the church, while reacting to the newspaper publication of Friday, September 26, it neither received a contravention notice nor was the building in question ever sealed off before the unfortunate incident. It added that at no time was any stop work notice or directive served on the church or pasted on the building prior to the September 12 incident.

Lagos Government Moves Against TB Joshua's Synagogue

According to a Punch report, the Lagos State Government has moved against the popular Synagogue Church of All Nations, Ikotun, whose building collapsed last week, under very strange circumstances.

It appears Lagos State government is not ready to look at the strange aircraft angle of the saga, their focus is the fact that the building was started as a two-storey building before more floors were added.

Consequently, the Lagos State Building Control Agency has, therefore, marked the main building of the church, asking for relevant documents to prove its structural integrity.

    The General Manager, Lagos State Building Control Agency, Mrs. Abimbola Animashaun-Odunayo, who confirmed that TB Joshua's main church building had been marked by the agency, said it had requested that

84 South Africans Died In Synagogue Building Collapse – Official

Johannesburg - The number of South Africans known to have died in the collapse of a multi-storey megachurch in Lagos last week has risen to 84, Pretoria’s high commissioner to Nigeria said Friday.

“The number has risen from 67 to 84, with more bodies discovered on Thursday,” Lulu Mnguni told AFP, adding that the toll could rise.

“The number of South Africans who were in the church might be higher, as we believe that some people organised the trip themselves without using travel agents,” Mnguni said.

A multi-storey hotel linked to controversial preacher and televangelist TB Joshua collapsed on Friday, but it was Tuesday before South African President Jacob Zuma announced any South African fatalities.

As rescue work at the scene of last Friday’s collapsed building used as guest house by the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN was concluded yesterday, the South African government said 17 of its nationals were still unaccounted for

This is just as SCOAN has remained silent on the identities and number of persons who lodged in the building, but insisted that the attack was targeted at its Senior Pastor, Prophet Temitope Joshua.

Thus, the official number of lives that perished in the five storey building which collapsed at 12.44pm, is 80, while the survivors were 131, according to the National Emergency Management Authority.

I Am Facing Hard Times - Prophet TB Joshua

Founder of the Synagogue Church of all Nations, Prophet Temitope Joshua, says he has been facing hard times since the collapse of his church guesthouse in Lagos.

He, has however said that he would survive the trying times.

A six-storey guesthouse belonging to the church collapsed last Friday, killing no fewer than 80 persons.

A message on SCOAN official Facebook page quotes TB Joshua as saying that he would not be “destroyed” by the incident.

“Hard times may test me, they cannot destroy me,” TB Joshua said, adding, “To withstand hard times, stand with Christ. When you face trials, hard times, you can count it all joy if you add faith.”

Synagogue Building Collapse Death Toll Rises to 80

Six days after a five-storey building used as guest house by the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN collapsed, killing scores of persons and injuring several others, the church was yet to produce names of  lodgers in the building.

Although the South African government had Tuesday claimed that 67 of its citizens perished in the collapsed building but rescue operators are faced with the challenge of identifying the nationalities of the dead and survivors, owing to what they alleged as reluctance from SCOAN to produce the names.

Besides, indication emerged that some countries, among which is Australia, have been calling in to ascertain the plight of their citizens feared might be victims.

Synagogue Building Had No Government Approval, Governor Fashola Visits Site (PHOTOS)

 Lagos state governor, Babatunde Fashola today visited the site of the collapsed building inside the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Ikotun. He commiserated with the church founder, Prophet T.B Joshua and also ordered all church workers to stop work on the site to enable officials of the Nigerian Emergency Management Authority work effectively.

Meanwhile, the Lagos state Commissioner for Physical planning, Mr Toyin Ayinde, revealed that the 5-storey building had no government approval for its construction.

Within minutes, a strange aircraft hover around the six-storey building being constructed as a guest house at the premises of Prophet TB Joshua's Synagogue Church in Lagos. He then released a strong warning that another similar incident is coming in Nigeria...
Warning that if people fail to take caution, it could be serious, TB Joshua said, “Let us believe, educate our people and be alert. Why? So our country will not witness a similar incident in another place.”

TB Joshua Confirms That Boko Haram Attacked Church Building

The founder and General overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T. B. Joshua has said Boko Haram may be responsible for the collapse of a six-storey building in the church premises.

Joshua, who told members of his church on Sunday not to be afraid, said the attack was targeted at him and not at them.

The prophet made it clear that the collapse of the six-storey building at around 11.45am on Friday which led to the death of no fewer than 16 persons was a Boko Haram attack.

Joshua buttressed his claim by showing to his congregation on the Emmanuel TV the chronology of events shortly before and after the accident as captured by the church’s CCTV.

TB Joshua Reveals How Strange Aircraft Collapsed His Church Building

The General Overseer of The Synagogue Church of All Nations, Temitope Joshua, is not bothered by all the antics of the enemy and he remains unshaken in the midst of his current challenges.

The popular Prophet has linked the collapse of the guest house building inside his church premises to one very “strange aircraft” which he said hovered around the building before its collapse. Prophet Joshua said the plane hovered around the collapsed building for over 30 minutes.

Amidst the chaos and pandemonium that ensued when a guest-house at Synagogue Church suddenly came down crashing in the early afternoon of Saturday 12th September 2014, tales of miraculous survival have begun to emerge.

“Thank You, Jesus”, a cry rang out from an onlooker, followed by a burst of relieved applause from the crowd of church helpers and rescue workers. They had been working non-stop since the giant building was reduced to rubble in a matter of seconds the previous day.

From a tiny hole at the far side of the wreckage, a body was being brought out. “She’s alive,” a man beside me reassured. Straining to look closer, I saw the woman, who was being stretchered toward an awaiting ambulance, waving her hands. “God of TB Joshua, you are wonderful,” the rescued lady exclaimed, her voice extraordinarily strong. She had been in the dark, under the rubble for over 24 hours.

NONE Dead At Synagogue Church Building Collapse- Church

There had been wide reports that over 15 persons met their untimely death as a building in the (SCOAN) collapsed yesterday, the report also said that scores were injured and had been taken to hospitals for treatment.

The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), said on Friday that no one has been confirmed dead following the building collapse that occurred near the main church auditorium in Lagos.

‎The media department of the church explained that contrary to media reports, no one is trapped in the rubbles.

Over 15 bodies have been recovered from the scene of the collapse building in the premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Ikotun in Lagos. TheNation reports that Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority, Friday Adeboayo confirmed the recovery of the dead bodies adding that rescue operations are on to evacuate injured persons. The building, said to be a guest house for foreign visitors, collapsed today.

TB Joshua Speaks on Pope Francis: Please Pray for the Pope

Prophet T.B. Joshua gave another surprising revelation in his church service on Sunday 7th August 2014, specifically calling for prayers for Pope Francis of the Catholic Church, as well as prophesying an imminent hijacking of a plane by ‘militants’.

“There is a very big religious leader,” Joshua began, describing the said person as a ‘father’ figure, widely respected across different religions.

“I have been praying for him,” he continued, adding that he received an alarming ‘vision’ concerning him the prior day. They should pray for him,” Joshua proceeded.

    A very big big shot should not be attacked by these people, because it will result to death and that can cause crises in this country. They are looking for avenue to cause conflict amoung the region but I'm seeing in the spirit that they want to attack a very big big shot.
