Mr and Mrs Don and Nkem Okoro, were killed by armed robbers along Benin-Onitsha high way on their way to the village to attend a burial.

The couple who were based in Texas, USA, were in Nigeria for a vacation and on the fateful day were on their to attend the funeral of a relation in company of their two-year-old niece when they were allegedly attacked. sadly, none of them survived the attack.

2 Sentenced To Death For Stealing Fowls In Osun

Two men, Olowookere Segun and Morakinyo Sunday, were sentenced to death by Justice Jide Falola of an Osun State High Court sitting in Okuku for stealing fowls.
According to Vanguard:

The convicts, Olowookere Segun and Morakinyo Sunday, were found guilty of forcefully breaking into the house of one Mr. Balogun Tope, a police officer attached to Divisional Police headquarters, Okuku, in April 2010 and carting away some of his belongings.

The convicts were charged with conspiracy, robbery and stealing contrary to Section 6(b) and 1(2)(a) of Robbery and Firearm (Special Provisions) Act, cap R 11 Laws of Federation of Nigeria 2004 and Section (390)(1) Criminal Code Law, Cap 34, Laws of Osun State, 2002.

Lagos State robber Kelechi Ikechi, aged 24, used to broke into his neighbours’ homes after they had been out for church services.

Abia State born man was arrested on Sunday during one of such operation as he was trying to rob  his neighbour's flat.

Alhaji Kabiru Akorede, a suspected car snatcher, who was arrested by the Lagos State Police  Command, has said he could not count the number of stolen vehicles he sold to people.

Punch learnt that ,42-year-old Akorede, was nabbed by operatives of the special Anti-Robbery Squad in his residence at NEPA Quarters, Isashi, Lagos.

Akorede allegedly belonged to an eight-man robbery gang,  had gone to the Victoria Island area on September 12, 2014 and robbed one Mr. Albert Omisore of his Toyota Prado marked, AAA 690 BH.

A Mississippi woman has been arrested for breaking into cars in her children’s school claiming she is looking for members of the terrorist group ISIL.
Lisa Carol Roche, 41, failed to impress police officers with her alibi as she was immediately taken in for stealing and other charges.
Roche was allegedly caught stealing sunglasses and other items from cars at East Central High School, FOX 10 reports. She remained in Jackson County Adult Detention Center Friday.
She has reportedly been charged previously with careless driving, felony fraud and felony embezzlement. She faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted of commercial burglary.

 A 19-year-old teenager,  Abdulazeez Adam has been arrested by the Police in Lagos State for  allegedly breaking into a woman’s house and attempting to rape her. 19-year-old Abdulazeez  is said to have stolen some valuables from the married woman  identified as Mrs. Nkechi Onuoha in the Ejigbo area of the state.

After collecting valuables from the woman, Adam then decided to rape her but the woman told him that she is under a curse placed on her by her husband who took her to a shrine where the curse was placed on her that any man who slept with her would die.

ROBBERS TERRORISE MUSHIN, STEALING, RAPING AND DESTROYING...

There was fear and tension in the Mushin area of Lagos State on Monday morning after about 60 robbers operated on no fewer than eight streets and destroyed about 30 vehicles.
Some residents told punch that the robbers also raped some young ladies and operated unchallenged for about seven hours.

After answering the call at about 8pm, he told his guest he had to dash out to meet some colleague and that he would be back shortly. That was the last time anyone saw him alive, he met with the persons but never returned.
