Oscar Pistorius Cries Himself To Sleep At Night In Prison

 After receiving a 5 year sentencing with no show of emotion whatsoever,  prison sources have revealed that Oscar Pistorius has been crying himself to sleep at night.

The Citizen reports that Oscar was taken to the Kgosi Mampuru prison in Pretoria, wearing an orange jump-suit, where he wept until he fell asleep .

A Prison source said .

    “You could hear him. Shortly after the door closed you could hear the tears … he was torn up. Broken. The crying went on and on. We think he stopped when he fell asleep. It was really bad,”

Judge Thokozile Masipa in her ruling found  Oscar Pistorius guilty of negligence and the Judge in her ruling made a lot of points before delivering her final judgement of 5 years in prison some of those points were:

  He did not want the victim to die, as evidenced by his efforts to save the victim

Oscar Pistorius Has Been Found NOT Guilty Of Murder

Oscar Pistorius who has been on trial for some months now for the murder of his girlfriend was finally judged not guilty as the prosecution failed, according to the judge, to prove beyond doubt its case against Pistorius.

Despite all the hate and negative words some busy-body ladies have used against him in the social media, the judge in the Oscar Pistorius trial has ruled out all murder charges against the blade runner.

Judge Thokozile Masipa said the prosecution had failed to prove that the Olympic athlete killed his girlfriend deliberately in the toilet after a row.

She said he may still be guilty of culpable homicide (manslaughter), prompting tears from Mr. Pistorius.

Oscar Pistorius, started off by apologising  to Reeva's family, then he went into a detailed account of what happened .He said he heard a noise from the bathroom which sounded like the window was being opened. So he told Reeva who he thought was asleep to take cover while he picked up his gun. Read more of what he said as quoted  below:

'I got to the entrance of the bathroom at the end of the passage where I stopped screaming. At this point I was certain that the intruders were in the bathroom.
I had my pistol in my right hand and peered into the bathroom.I didn't have much mobility on the tiles. I had my pistol raised to the corner of the entrance of the bathroom.
