Police officer Nwoke Babayi (real name withheld for protection purposes) had barely spent two days at the famous Gwoza Police Training Camp in Borno State when Boko Haram insurgents struck with a deadly force on August 20, 2014, at about 2pm. A traumatised Babayi shared his ordeal with Leadership's Agbo-Paul Augustine.

With no knowledge of the environment, he was forced to defend himself against a resolute force, out to annihilate the hundreds of policemen stationed at the camp. He had barely laid his head on his pillow to rest when the camp’s rapid alert whistle sounded. They were under attack from Boko Haram.

 It's now clear that the MOPOL Commander who threw professionalism to the wind and attacked the governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi, on Sunday is actually connected to President Goodluck Jonathan and he is most likely acting based on "orders from above" in favour of his paymaster's candidate.

Credible sources have confirmed that the MOPOL Commander, Gabriel Seleke, was the former Police ADC to Goodluck Jonathan while he was the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State.

Funmilayo who was assaulted by Mohammed

Abiodun Adebayo, brother of 22-year-old Funmilayo Adebayo, who was videoed being brutalised by a drunken riot policeman at Lewis street, Obalende, Lagos, has said the family made a report last year over the incident.
The video which surfaced online about a week ago, depicted the policeman, identified as Nasir Mohammed, beating and dragging Funmi through muddy water because of a disagreement over fish. The incident was said to have occurred on December 18, 2013.

 A drunken police officer with the Mobile Police, or Mopol, Unit #20, in Lagos, who was later identified as Tafa Mohammed, was caught breaking the law.

A citizen video photographer captured officer Mohammed brutalizing two women with a hidden camera, filming this disturbing footage at a safe distance. This illegal action by the officer erupted when a street food vendor would not issue him fish to finish up his beer.

The food vendor was said to have declined to sell fish alone, except to those buying food with it, a vendor policy that angered the policeman. Mohammed, a mobile policeman, was reeking of alcohol, say eyewitnesses to this event.
