#WORLD CUP: TOP TEN MOURNERS AT THE FUNERAL OF BRAZIL (PHOTOS)

The Germany got to the finals of the World Cup at the expense of host nation Brazil is no longer news, that Brazil was humiliated on their home turf by a record breaking 7 goals to 1 is no news either. What might be news is the many tears it brought to the eyes of Brazilians. It left children consoling their 'bereaved' grandpas and papas.
Trust the social media to rub it in their face. Very Interesting hash-tags have come to light. Read some of them:

NIGERIA'S NATIONAL FALG WAS REPLACED WITH THAT OF NIGER REPUBLIC AT WORLD CUP OPENING CEREMONY (PHOTO)

Did you guys notice that during the World Cup opening ceremony the Nigerian national flag was not on display? I bet a lot of us didn't notice this but it actually happened. The organizers of the event made a notorious mistake when they confused our country's flag with Niger's.

During the opening ceremony, a giant globe in the middle of the field presented the 32 flags of the nations participating in the World Cup. And when time came for them to announce Nigeria, instead
of our flag, they projected an image of Niger's flag onto the globe! Niger isn't even participating in the competition.

Brazilians are not happy with their government for hosting the World Cup, the tournament  kicks off in 2 weeks time. There have been a number of protests and critism since the begining of the year about the huge amount being spent on the hosting.

They are protesting the hosting of the world cup by Brazil because they feel it will cost too much for a developing nation. They say the billions spent could be used to better the lives of the poor.

They were further infuriated after learning that the Brasilia's stadium will cost 1.9 billion reais (£500million),triple the amount earlier earmarked .
