Nigerian-American White House Fence Jumper Ruled Mentally Incompetent To Stand Trial

 A federal judge has declared that Dominic Adesanya, the 23-year-old Nigerian-American man who jumped over the White House fence, is mentally incompetent to stand trial.

Daily Mail reports that he was “dragged screaming out of a courtroom” on Monday.

‘You can’t do this to me! Somebody please help me. This is a trap. This is a scheme,” he screamed as court officials dragged him from the courtroom.

Nigerian Man Breaks White House Security

A 23-year-old Nigerian, Dominic  Adesanya, around 7.15pm yesterday, on October 22nd, scaled the fence on the North Lawn of the White House and walked about 20 yards past the fence before he was caught by Secret Service and dogs.

Adesanya was unarmed at the time of the accident but the White House was placed under a 90-minute lockdown as a safety measure.

Video of the episode taken by TV news cameras shows a man in white shorts just inside the White House fence on Pennsylvania Avenue.The recording shows the man lifting his shirt as if to show agents that he has no arms. The man is then seen kicking and then evidently punching at least one
Secret Service dog that was released on him before he is surrounded by agents.

White House Lockdown As Toddler Squeezes Through White House Fence

The White House was temporarily locked down Thursday night as Secret Service agents responded to a unique incident on the North Lawn.
Fence-jumpers are a frequent occurrence here, but not like this.

It's usually someone jumping over the White House fence that causes Secret Service agents patrolling the grounds to scramble.

But on Thursday night, a toddler slipping through slats in the gate caught the eyes of the gun-toting officers who are charged with protecting the president.

Secret Service spokesman Edwin Donovan said the child was returned to his parents. Neither the boy nor his parents were identified.

A man identified as Micheal Bechard has been arrested by the U.S. Secret Service for stripping himself naked  just outside the White House, Washington DC.
The incident happened around 3pm (local time), May 23, 2014, Friday, about an hour before a nominating ceremony hosted by President Obama.

The man, identified as Michel Bechard, came to the officers on duty at the gates of the White House and stripped naked. The man became aggressive and assaulted some of the guards who tried to stop him.
The officer managed to get Bechard to the ground. They put handcuffs on him and covered his body with a white cloth, managed to put his pants back on him.

The White House has been put on lockdwon after an unidentified man was caught trying to jump the fence Friday afternoon.
Secret Service officers apprehended the suspect and he is now in custody.
The man was said to be carrying two large bags but the agency has not released any further information about the incident.
