Hoodlums Attack Church Flog Pastor And Memebers

 CAC, Pillar of Fire located around LA Primary School, Akure, Ondo State was the scene of what can best be described as a scene out of one of Nollywood comedies.

Hoodlums suspected to have been sponsored by a rival pastor attacked and dealt with members of the church and their Pastor known as Pastor Arije over the weekend during during service and reportedly flogged the presiding Pastor and members of the church.

Meanwhile, the police in the state have arrested some of the hoodlums but they were later rescued by a mob, during which a policeman was stabbed with broken bottle on the neck.

SCANDAL: 'Your Pastor Snatched My Wife' Husband Writes Bishop Oyedepo

A jilted husband, Mr. Ifeanyi Kenneth Okpoko, has written a petitioned to Bishop David Oyedepo, the general overseer of Winners Chapel, asking him to tell one of his pastors, Kelvin Ugwuoke, to leave his wife alone.

In the letter dated November 14 2013, titled: ‘Case of Adultery, Snatching Of My Wife And Secret Marriage Engagement’, an embittered Mr Okpoko alleged that Pastor Ugwuoke snatched his wife, Blessing Ifeanyi Okpoko and went secretly to Dubai and engaged her in marriage.

 

Pastor Accused Of Impregnating Church Member

Enugu—A pastor in Enugu State has been arrested for allegedly impregnating a female member of his ministry and went a step further to force the girl to abort the pregnancy.

Meanwhile, men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, have arrested a 14-year-old boy in Enugu for allegedly sleeping with a she-goat.

State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, who confirmed the alleged crime committed by the Pastor, said: “A pastor in charge of Hospital Chapel Ministry located at Obollo Eke in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State and identified as Pastor Friday Onuh has said that he never impregnated one Miss Favour Onah and took her to a patent medicine dealer to abort the baby as alleged by the parents of the girl.

Helen Ukpabio Sues UK Rights Groups £500million Over Witchcraft Claims

Nigerian preacher, Helen Ukpabio, has sued two UK human rights groups - The British Humanist Association (BHA) and Witchcraft and Human Rights Information Network (WHRIN) for £500 million (N130 billion) due to their criticism of her teachings.

Mrs Ukpabio claims to have expertise in identifying children and adults who are possessed with witchcraft spirits and in how they can be ‘delivered’ from those spirits. She had given features of “possessed children” only for the BHA to call for Ukpabio and others like her to be banned from coming to the UK on the grounds that they are a threat to child welfare and their practices are not conducive to the public good.’

Ukpabio claims that the BHA misrepresented her by saying that she ascribed these symptoms to Satanic possession and hence has damaged her reputation and livelihood to the sum of half a billion pounds. Her lawyers have also informed the BHA and WHRIN that she is launching a legal case against them.

Nigeria's Oldest Pastor Dies At 114

  


Founder and President of the Gospel Apostolic Church, Pa Samuel Sadela, who is described as the oldest pastor in Nigeria, has died at the age of 114.

Pa Sadela died yesterday August 26th at the church premises. The church has already opened a condolence register in front of its premises. Pa Samuel was born in 1900 and started his pastoral journey in 1928.

He made news headlines in 2007 when at the age of 107 years, he took a 30 year old wife, 6 years after his second wife passed away.

Pa Samuel, an indigene of Ondo state, first got married in 1934, with the marriage lasting for 21 years, but none of the couple’s seven children lived beyond their infancy. A second marriage, said to have been consummated in 1965, was blessed with four children, but only two survived. His second wife died in 2001.

While celebrating his 113th birthday last year, Pa Samuel said he wished to live up to 200 years

    “I feel happy to be this old. Actually, I feel like a young man. I still enjoy my meal of Iyan (pounded yam), Eba and bush meat. I sleep whenever I want to and wake up stronger. I want to live longer to prove to all that God remains the same as He was in times past. If Methuselah could live for 969 years, God can make me live well beyond 113. If Noah could be 950, it is not too much for Him to make me live up to 200.” He said

C&S Church Pastor Rapés Woman During Deliverance

The police in Ogun State has arrested 37years old Pastor Segun Alawode of the Eternal Sacred Order C & S Church Sabo, in Odogbolu area of the State, for raping a 32-year-old lady in his church premises.

The pastor's alleged dirty act is a  big shame to his church members:

    The woman said that the pastor was in a prayer session with her when he asked her to hold on to some candle stick and suddenly he forcefully pulled off her clothes before and eventually had carnal knowledge of her in the church.

Abuja Pastor Paul Enenche Rubbishes Popular Lagos Prophet

 When men who call themselves pastors begin to attack each other, what will their flocks do?
The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Pastor Paul Enenche has blasted a popular Lagos Prophet for, according to him, leading many people to hell.


The medical doctor turned pastor while warning his members against listening to the said prophet or going to his church, affirmed that the judgement of God would soon come upon the popular Prophet.

Lagos Prophet Allegedly Schedules Prayer Session At Hotel & Rapes Woman

A 23-year-old Celestial Church prophet, Adewale Adeleke, on Tuesday in Lagos, appeared before a Yaba Magistrates’ Court for alleged fraud and rape.

Mr. Adeleke, who resides at No. 2 Ajibola Street, Agbado Ijaiye, Lagos was arraigned on a four-count charge of stealing, obtaining by false pretext, impersonation and rape.

Prosecutor Chris Takim told the court that the accused committed the offences on July 26 at 6 p.m. at the premises of Original Inn Hotel, Ebute Meta.

Mr. Takim said the accused approached his victim claiming to be spiritually informed about her problems and had solutions to them through a scheduled prayer session.

Pastor Ituah Ighodalo Denies Saying He Has Cure For Ebola

Last week, popular Lagos pastor and founder of Trinity House church, Ituah Ighodalo, was credited as saying he has found a solution to the deadly Ebola disease and that Ebola victims should not seek medical attention. Ighodalo has denied saying this, insisting he was misquoted.

Popular Lagos Pastor Ighodalo's claimed Cure Of Deadly Ebola Sparks Outrage

He is being described as a "controversial pastor" in some quarters, but he still has many followers. Founder of Trinity House, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, has claimed that he has found a solution to the deadly Ebola virus, which has killed no fewer than 670 people and infected more than 1,000 in Africa.

Following the death in Lagos of a Liberian, Patrick Sawyer, who flew in from his country to Nigeria last week, Pastor Ighodalo said he had a “message of hope and faith” that would uncover the solution to the highly infectious disease that is causing serious panic in parts of Africa, including Nigeria.

The pastor said that God’s “anointing” and the “living words of Jesus" were all that are needed to cure the fast killing deadly disease.”
