Mark Zuckerberg Donates $25million To Help Fight Ebola




Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook  and the 13th richest person in the world, whose estimated  worth is over $30billion just announced on his Facebook page that he's donating $25 million to the Centers for Disease Control Foundation to help fight Ebola. Read the statement he released below:

    Priscilla and I are donating $25 million to the Centers for Disease Control Foundation to help fight Ebola. The Ebola epidemic is at a critical turning point. It has infected 8,400 people so far, but it is spreading very quickly and projections suggest it could infect 1 million people or more over the next several months if not addressed.

Facebook Founder, Mark Zuckerberg Is Now Richer Than Google Founders

 What could be cooler than being richer than Larry Page? Being richer than Bill Gates, perhaps!!
On Thursday, Facebook‘s record close brought in $1.6 billion into Mark Zuckerberg‘s account.

His net worth has increased to $33.3billion, surpassing the founders of Google Sergey Brin and Larry Page, as well as Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

According to Bloomberg, a chunk of the money came from mobile advertising sales. The shares of the social networking site are soaring. It has gained 183% in the past 12 months.

In the billionaires index, Mark is now ranked No. 16, while Google founders are ranked 17th and 18th.
Bill Gates still remains the world’s richest man with $84.7 billion..

Mark Zuckerberg's personal wealth rockets by $3bn in ONE DAY due to Facebook



The day facebook went public





It has been ten years since the 29-year-old founded the social network in his Harvard dorm room and despite accumulating an unimaginable fortune from his invention, Zuckerberg maintains the altruistic belief that the site is a 'service for the world'. 
Facebook's stock closed at an all-time high on Thursday after shares rose as much as 17 per cent to $62.50. The hike took Zuckerberg's own fortune to an estimated $32billion. 
When asked about his company's phenomenal success, Zuckerberg put it down to the fact that he, and his employees, simply 'cared more'.
