The National Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, Saturday in a reply to former President Olusegun Obasanjo's, letter to the party, appealled to him to reconsider his decision to suspend his activities with the party.
Obasanjo had in his letter to Tukur signified his intention to leave the party because it was harbouring “a habitual criminal wanted by the United States government for extradition.” The former president said though he would remain a card-carrying member of PDP, he was withdrawing from all the activities of the party.
