The Minsiter for Agriculture in Denmark, Dan Jørgensen, hzas stzated his intention to bzan sex with animals, a practice which does not seek the permission of the animals before the act.
And one of the reasons the country’s agriculture minister gave was that animals are not able to give human’s permission to engage in sexual activity with them.
