These are residents of Mubi fleeing there homes as the insurgents take over the town, most of them have no idea where they are going to, like in any such situation survival is the first thing that comes to mind!
What is in place to care for these people, when they get to a safe place? Women and children forced to trek for days, in most cases without food.
But the rumour going around is that the Chief of Defense Staff, Alex Badeh, was able to Airlift his family out Mubi, what about the other families? At least government could have arranged to have them picked up some where, at the very least, the weak and the children
