Manchester City's Yaya Toure is African Player of the year 2013, by the Confederation of AfrIcan Football at a ceremony held in Lagos on the evening of Thursday, 09th January 2014.
He beat his Ivorian compatriot Didier Drogba and Nigerian favourite John Mikel Obi to bag the award for the third straight time
